We suggest you follow the size chart of each item before making the order, and measure the hip, bust, waist and then choose the correct size.
Yes, our size chart is standard and you can measure your size according to the size guide and choose the correct size.
Yes, but there is a slight color variation due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100%, we suggest that you try on clothes in a bright light.
When you place an order with Nani Snow we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-10 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page and the shipping time doesn't include the processing time.
Sorry we don't have overnight shipping.
Thanks for your patience. As it is international shipping, the shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking. Also it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.

Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

If a problem arises during use of your product, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under its manufacturer warranty. Every brand’s warranty policy is different, and is usually listed on their website. Some manufacturers prefer that you send the product directly to them, and others require that you first return it to us. If you are returning hardgoods (skis, snowboards, bindings, wakeboards, kneeboards) you are responsible for the return shipping back to you. Please keep in mind that most manufacturers only cover specific defects in workmanship, not damage caused by wear and tear, and we must defer to the decision of the vendor. If you think that your product is defective and eligible for warranty, please contact us so that we can go over the warranty procedure with you and determine the best course of action. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure your warranty claim is resolved to your satisfaction.
